Level bands for existing Classic zones are Wowhead's advised levels for original Classic, not confirmed for Forever; a zone whose quest density changed could shift. The five zones confirmed for launch (Mount Hyjal, Riverglades, Shen'dralas, Zephras Isle, and Dalaran inside Alterac Mountains) are marked New; most have no confirmed level band yet, only where a related new dungeon puts them roughly on the curve.
Add yourself and any friends by race and it suggests a route: each of you starts in your own zone, and from the first zone your factions can share, one order for everyone. Class is kept but does not change the route yet, only race (for the starting zone) and faction (for which zones after it are open to you) do. Mixed factions cannot quest together in Forever, so a mixed party gets one route per faction instead.
Pick the zones in the order you plan to level through them, then save the route. Ordered by level band and, once a party above suggests one, by faction; it does not know quest density or travel time between continents. It stays in this browser, and follows your account to your other devices when you are signed in.
